Actor's CV respects each individual's right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at ActorsCV.com, and all its sub sections including our Backstage area, located at backstage.actorscv.com.
Part I. Information Collection
Actor's CV collects information through our Web site at several points. Firstly when you purchase a package and secondly in the Backstage area once you have completed the sign up process. We also gather certain information about your computer when ever you visit our website, this information consists of your browser type, operating system and I.P. address, however none of this data is tied to or related to anything that can personally identify you.
Actors CV does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 years to divulge personal information.
We use two third party payment processors to handle your payments, and each is governed by their own Privacy policies. PayPal's privacy policy can be found here, and WorldPay's can be found here.
On the Internet, a "cookie" is a piece of information (a file) that a Web site transfers to a user's computer for record-keeping purposes. The main ActorsCV.com website does not currently use cookies in any way. The Backstage area uses what's known as a "Session" cookie to make sure you are a valid user. It's only function is to check your access to the Backstage area. Once you log out, or close your browser, this cookie becomes invalid and will be deleted by your browser.
Email address entered in to our "Tell a friend" page on our main website and the "Refer a Friend" area of our Backstage system are recorded so we can restrict the number of emails sent to that address purley to help combat spam and abuse . We will NEVER sell any email addresses collected to a third party company, nor will we ever send any email to those address other than those described on the pages mentioned above.
Part II. Information Usage.
The information collected by Actor's CV will be used for internal purposes only unless approached by law enforcement agencies. Users who provide information will receive emails from Actor's CV regarding payment, account information and service status where necessary.
Customers may receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, but users will always have the option to "opt-out" of such communications.
We will not share or sell data with third parties unless required by law enforcement agencies as part of an investigation or by court order.
If our policy on information collection changes, will advise our customers in writing via email in due course.
Part III. Access to Information
Actor's CV maintains the accuracy of our information by checking customer's accounts. Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find via the contact section in Backstage or make changes there. Users may delete their information from our database by terminating their account.

If problems arise, users may contact us. We are committed to resolving disputes as quickly as possible.
